ESA welcomes Webb in French Guiana for launch on Ariane 5
The James Webb Space Telescope has arrived safely at Pariacabo harbour in French Guiana. ESA in close collaboration with NASA will now prepare this once in a generation mission for its launch on Ariane 5 from Europe’s Spaceport this December. Few space science missions have been as eagerly anticipated as the James Webb Space Telescope (Webb).
More Than Half of the Oneweb Constellation Now Successfully Deployed
Soyuz Flight ST36 lifted-off with 36 OneWeb satellites onboard, bringing the size of the fleet in orbit to 358, after this successful deployment. Flight ST36 was the 61st Soyuz mission carried out by Arianespace and its Starsem affiliate. The mission lasted three hours and 51 minutes. The 36 satellites were deployed during nine separation sequences, at an altitude of 450 km

Blue Origin Successfully and Safely Completes 2nd Human Flight to Space and Back
Blue Origin successfully completed its second human spaceflight on board New Shepard on Wednesday, October 13, 2021. Maezawa, 45, is the founder of Japan’s largest online fashion mall and the country’s 30th richest man, according to Forbes. Maezawa has said he plans to document his journey for his YouTube channel with over 700,000 subscribers. “I’ve got a list of one hundred things I want to do on the station like play badminton,” He will be the first space tourist to travel to the ISS with Russia’s space agency Roscosmos since 2009 when Canadian Guy Laliberte, co-founder of Cirque du Soleil, travelled to the station.
Australia to provide rover for future NASA lunar lander mission
NASA and its Australian counterpart have agreed to cooperate on a future robotic lander mission where Australia will provide a small rover as part of a test of resource utilization technologies.

Green Light for Satellite Launch Site in Norway
This is an historic day for Andøya and for Norway as a space nation. Andøya Space will be an engine of transformation for the island and the community, and it will provide a significant boost to Northern Norway.
